This gorgeous cheese dish by the sought after makers Tiffany and Co was made circa 1920.
The dish is an impressive weight - 48 ounces and is over nine inches long by six and a half inches deep, not including the handle. The dish is mainly plain, with a gadroon border and a delicate engraved initial 'M' on the front. The dish boasts an attractive finial on the hinged lid and a practical wooden handle.The dish is marked as sterling silver underneath.

It is plain, with the exception of two smart rows of beading.
The caddy has a lock and is marked on the inside of the hinged lid and on the base.

| Danish Boat |

This interesting silver dish in the form of a boat is probably Danish and made circa 1830. It is really charming, with flags at either end and a model of a cherubic boy sailing aboard. The flags are billowing in the wind. The boy wears a hat and is barefoot. On the front of the boat is a gargoyle's head and the outside of the boat is studded. The boat is marked underneath and on each flag. The boat weighs 8 ounces and is 8 inches long. It would be great for entertaining and could hold nuts or sweets. This boat dish is unforgettable and makes a great talking piece. It could be used for ornamental purposes as well as at the dining table.

This delightful silver sugar box was made in Moscow in 1795. It is a nice size, weighing 12 ounces and measuring nearly 6 inches long by 4 inches tall. The box is adorned with decorative chasing, including beading and a floral design. The hinged lid of the box features two birds with their wings outstretched and the box stands on four decorative feet. The lid has an attractively shaped lip for easy opening. The sugar box bears clear marks on its base and is in good condition.

This silver jug originates from Portugal and weighs an impressive 44 ounces. It is thirteen inches tall and has a good capacity for liquids. The jug is marked on the side just below the rim. It is beautifully decorated all over, with both chasing and engraving with a swirling and floral design. The handle is strong and very elegant and the rim of the jug and pouring spout are beautifully shaped giving the jug a distinctive, grand look. The jug stands on an attractive base, well decorated in keeping with the theme of the body of the jug and in a shape reminiscent of an octagon. Due to its sheer elegance and beauty this jug would make a wonderful decorative piece, as well as being a useful item. The jug is in good condition and priced at £9,500.
