A delightful antique standing Neff ornately decorated throughout with sea serpents, cherubs, dragons etc. The foot of the Neff is oval and sits on four ornate feet. The stem of the Neff is the form of a sea serpent with the detachable deck full of masts, sails rope ladders etc.
