Portuguese silver tooth pick holder.




A beautiful early 19th century Portuguese silver tooth pick holder decorated with ornate outer borders to the inner base which then sits on four sea serpent themed feet.  The tapering three sided stem is mounted on four ball feet and held aloft by a decorative cubed pedestal.
