A very large and highly collectable early 18th century half fluted two handled porringer. The porringer has an upper band of gadroon with a decorative form of hand engraving above and below. There is a very elegant single cartouche in which sits a beautiful engraved coat of arms. Both scroll handles have makers marks on the underside.
