18th Century Sterling Silver George III Antique Teapot on Stand London 1781 John Denziloe & Richard Rugg

Description

A very elegant bright cut hand engraved oval teapot on stand.  The teapot has an upper and lower band of engraving for decorative highlights.  The body has a stylish double cartouche with an applied fruitwood scroll handle and very desirable straight spout.  The teapot stand has four claw feet with several outer bands of bright cut engraving for added decoration.
