Description

A very rare and extremely beautiful Britannia standard tapering plain formed early 18th century chocolate pot.  The body of the chocolate pot has a very noble looking coat of arms for importance.  The lid of the pot is hinged with a detachable cover, pin and chain.  The lid has a ornate thumb piece and a removable finial.  The handle is scroll in design and made of fruit wood.
