Description
A beautiful 18th century silver shaped oval (panelled) teapot decorated with elegant bands of intricate bright cut hand engraving. Â The spout is of the highly desirable ‘straight’ formed and the fruitwood handle is scroll design. Â The slight doming of the lid and the hidden flush hinge round off a beautiful piece of Georgian craftsmanship. Â There is a contemporary entwined initials for importance.
